Fafda

Enjoy Fafda from MM Mithaiwala, Mumbai, a traditional Gujarati farsan recognised by its elongated strips and crisp texture. Whether you are planning a weekend snack or choosing refreshments for a family gathering, fafda brings a familiar savoury favourite to the table.

Serve Fafda on its own with morning or afternoon chai, or enjoy it with your preferred chutney and accompaniments. Arrange the strips on a serving plate for sharing, letting everyone help themselves during conversations and refreshments.

Pair Fafda with jalebi for a classic sweet-and-savoury combination. The contrast between crisp fafda and sweet jalebi makes the pairing an inviting choice for a shared breakfast or festive snack spread.

For Dussehra celebrations, serve Fafda alongside Jalebi and Papdi to create a selection of Gujarati favourites. You can also add gathiya and chivda for a broader farsan assortment when welcoming family and guests.
